  • Be a resident of a Canadian province or territory where online betting is legally permitted
  • Not be listed on any self-exclusion registry or prohibited user list
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate registrations may result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds.

Continued use of the platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

You agree to use Spinpolo’s services solely for personal, non-commercial purposes and in full compliance with all applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Using automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
  • Attempting to manipulate odds, outcomes, or system functions

Content and Intellectual Property

All content available on the Spinpolo platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and data, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of platform content without prior written consent is prohibited.

General Betting Rules

Eligibility to Place Bets

All users must hold a verified account in good standing to place bets on the platform. Bets placed by individuals who do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the General Terms section are void and will not be honoured.

Bet Acceptance Procedures

A bet is considered accepted only after the system generates a confirmation and assigns a unique bet identifier. Spinpolo reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its discretion, including in cases of:

  • Suspected fraudulent activity or manipulation
  • Technical errors in displayed odds
  • Bets placed on suspended or incorrectly listed events

Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.

Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary depending on the event type, sport, market, and account status. These limits are displayed within the platform at the time of placing a bet. Spinpolo may apply individual account betting restrictions based on account history or risk assessment.

Calculation of Winnings and Losses

Winnings are calculated by multiplying the accepted stake by the confirmed odds at the time of bet placement. In the case of void bets, the original stake is returned to your account balance. For accumulator bets, voided selections are treated as non-runners, and the remaining odds apply.

Betting Restrictions

Certain events, markets, or bet types may be restricted or unavailable in specific Canadian provinces due to local regulatory requirements. The platform will indicate where restrictions apply. Spinpolo reserves the right to restrict or close accounts that demonstrate patterns inconsistent with legitimate recreational betting.

Cancellation Policy

Once a bet has been confirmed and assigned an identifier, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the user. Spinpolo may void bets in circumstances that include, but are not limited to:

  • The event being cancelled or abandoned
  • Confirmed errors in odds or market data
  • Verification of rule violations at the time of bet placement

Payment Rules

Account Funding and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals must be made through methods registered to the verified account holder. Third-party payments are not permitted under any circumstances. Funds deposited into your account must be used for betting activity in accordance with these terms.

Deposit transactions, once processed, cannot be reversed by the user. Withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the user prior to processing, after which the funds are returned to the account balance. Once a withdrawal has been approved and processed, it cannot be recalled.

Responsible Gambling

Spinpolo is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing users with the tools needed to maintain control over their betting activity. Gambling should remain an entertainment activity and must never be treated as a source of income.

The verification process involves submission of valid identity documents, proof of address, and, where applicable, documentation supporting the source of funds. KYC requests must be responded to promptly. Accounts that remain unverified after the allotted period may be restricted.

Transaction Monitoring

Spinpolo employs automated and manual transaction monitoring systems to identify unusual activity. Indicators that may trigger a review include:

  • Large or rapid sequential deposits or withdrawals
  • Transactions inconsistent with stated account purpose or user profile
  • Patterns suggestive of structuring or layering of funds
  • Use of multiple payment methods without a clear legitimate purpose

Consequences of Policy Violations

In the event that suspicious activity is identified or a user is found to have violated AML or CTF policies, Spinpolo reserves the right to:

  • Place an immediate hold on the relevant account and associated funds
  • Restrict or suspend access to the platform
  • Freeze pending withdrawals pending investigation
  • Report the matter to FINTRAC or other relevant authorities as required by law

Users whose accounts are restricted under AML procedures will be notified to the extent permitted by applicable law.
